Introduction

These terms govern your purchase from banksy-captured.com, operated by AART.SPACE Ltd.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. A binding contract is formed when we send order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders — for example if a product is unexpectedly out of stock or if we suspect fraud.

3. Pricing

• All prices are shown in GBP unless your local currency is displayed
• Prices include UK VAT where applicable (printed books are currently zero-rated in the UK)
• International orders may incur local taxes, customs duties, and carrier handling fees on delivery — see Shipping Policy
• We reserve the right to change prices without notice; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order via Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If payment fails, your order will not be processed.

5. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy for current rates and delivery estimates. We don't guarantee delivery times — estimates are based on carrier averages and exclude customs delays.

6. Risk and title

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received full payment in cleared funds.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for:

• Losses that are not foreseeable at the time of the contract
• Business losses (we sell to consumers; if you are buying as a business, separate terms apply — contact us)
• Losses caused by events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs delays, postal strikes, severe weather, and any government action affecting shipping.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by English law. Subject to your statutory rights, any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order. Material changes will be noted on this page with the date last updated.
