Returns and Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

UK customers have a statutory right to cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We extend this for all customers worldwide to 30 days from delivery.

What can be returned

  • Unsigned books in original condition with their original packaging
  • Books that arrive damaged or defective (see "Damaged on arrival" below)

What cannot be returned

Signed editions, limited-edition hardbacks, and the Collector's Archive are sold as collectible items. We can't accept returns on these except where they arrive damaged or defective. This is clearly noted on each signed product page before purchase.

How to return

  1. Email sales@aartspace.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send return instructions and a UK shipping address.
  3. You pay return shipping. We recommend tracked, insured postage for anything over £50.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund within 5 business days.
  5. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Damaged on arrival

If your book arrives damaged, email sales@aartspace.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of:

  • The shipping box (showing any damage)
  • The damaged book

We'll arrange a free return label and offer you a replacement or full refund — your choice.

International returns

The process is the same, but you're responsible for any return import duties back into the UK. We recommend tracked, insured shipping for high-value returns. Once the item arrives back with us, the refund process is identical.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent local consumer protection legislation in your country. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
