Returns and Refund Policy

1. Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — no questions asked.
To exercise your right to cancel, notify us by email before the 14-day period expires.
2. Condition for return
Books must be returned in their original, resaleable condition. Unopened shrink wrap must be intact where applicable. Items must be free from damage and markings.
Numbered or signed editions must include the certificate of authenticity if one was provided with the order. Returns missing these components cannot be accepted.
3. How to return
Email sales@aartspace.com to notify us of your return. We will confirm the return address by reply.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service — we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
4. Refund timeline
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method via Shopify.
5. Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@aartspace.com and include photographs showing the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including the cost of return postage.

6. Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been visibly used or damaged by the customer, or that are returned with missing components such as a slipcase or certificate of authenticity. These items are not eligible for a refund.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of this policy.
