Shipping Policy

UK delivery

We offer free shipping on all UK orders. Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment being confirmed, via Royal Mail Tracked or an equivalent courier. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days.

International delivery

We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days depending on where you are in the world.

Please note: you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country upon arrival of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. If tracking is not available for your destination, we will still confirm dispatch by email.

Missing or delayed orders

If your UK order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please get in touch. For international orders, please allow 30 business days before contacting us.

We will investigate with the carrier and, depending on the outcome, either resend your order or issue a full refund.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any postage paid.

Incorrect address

We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you and arrange to resend it. Additional postage costs will apply.
