Shipping
UK orders ship free. International orders ship at a weight-based rate calculated at checkout.
We ship from Warminster, Wiltshire. Orders are dispatched within two business days. Tracked delivery is included on all international orders.

Customs, duties and local taxes (international orders)
The price you pay at checkout covers the books and the shipping. It does not include local taxes, customs duties, or carrier handling fees in your country.
- European Union— your local VAT applies (typically 19–25%) plus a small carrier handling fee. You'll be contacted by the courier on or before delivery to pay these before the parcel is released.
- United States — books are duty-free in the United States, so most parcels arrive without any additional charges. Some states may apply use tax.
- Canada— GST or HST applies on the declared value at the carrier's standard rate.
- Australia — 10% GST is collected by the carrier on import.
- New Zealand — GST applies on import via the carrier.
Local taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility. Refusing a parcel to avoid customs charges results in return shipping fees being deducted from any refund.

Returns
Books may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition, at the customer's expense. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel being received and inspected. Signed and limited-edition copies are not returnable except in cases of damage in transit — please contact us within 7 days with photographs.

Lost or damaged parcels
All international parcels are tracked and insured. If your order doesn't arrive within the expected window, or arrives damaged, email sales@aartspace.com with your order number — we'll resolve it.
